Biography

Jamie Ho and Junli Song’s collaborative practice, Orchid Sisters, draws upon their shared experiences as second-generation Chinese Americans to imagine layered narratives that explore world-building within diaspora. Merging photography, printmaking, and video, they utilize modularity and animation to weave together distinct visual languages that examine how identity is transmitted, reconstructed, and transformed over time.
